Remember the 35mm film toy cameras I hand-decorated with creamy fake icing and mini pastries? I really wanted to share some of my favorites with you.
Vanilla A (top left): cupcake, strawberry milk chocolate bar, sprinkle donut, roll cake, ice cream cone
Vanilla B: (bottom right) strawberry swirl popsicle, cake slice, strawberry wafers, ice cream cone, candy
The toy camera is fully functional and reusable. And the focus-free 28mm f/9 lens takes dreamy lo-fi photos:
Each camera is carefully packed in a sturdy box with a handwritten note + something extra.
Blueberry: milk chocolate bar, raspberry ice cream cone, vanilla custard, sprinkle donut, chocolate meringue, birthday cake, and creamy popsicle
Custard: cupcake, heart wand, polka-dot lollipop, creamy popsicle, strawberry custard, and candy ice cream cone
Strawberry: birthday cake, gingerbread man, cake slice, chocolate wafer, cupcake, and meringue

October 5, 2011 at 7:40 pmHello! I’m interested in purchasing one of these cameras from you! Do you have to process the film yourself or can a store process it for you? I don’t have access to a darkroom at the moment… >_<

October 6, 2011 at 12:22 amHi Jenna, you can just drop off the finished roll at the local CVS/Walgreens/Costco (I like to leave a note telling them to develop even the odd looking ones, because that’s the beauty of lofi!). It usually costs just a few bucks to get the film developed and scanned into a CD at any of these places.

October 6, 2011 at 6:21 amYaay it worked, alright ordering it now. Ohhh does it take to 2-4 weeks?? I won’t be in Melbourne early November (just in case it takes about 4 weeks) so maybe if you can write the shipping name to my house mate: Karina Soraya
Since they would need an ID Proof once the package arrives, will that be alright?? Thank You!! 🙂
Sewon
October 7, 2011 at 3:29 amOhh I’m excited to put together your package! 🙂 The post office workers say most airmail packages will arrive in about twenty days or so. I’ll address it to your housemate, just to be safe.
