One of the highlights of this week has to be my brand new haircut! On Monday, I did hair modeling for Nick Arrojo and Gerardo at the Arrojo Studio. They were phenomenal! It was lovely to meet Nick Arrojo, especially because I was an avid ‘What Not to Wear‘ follower throughout high school.
Thanks to the lovely warm weather, I’m starting to go on more walking adventures. Last week, Zeolite and I drank the thickest chipotle hot chocolate at Jacques Torres Chocolate before finishing our video shoot on the Brooklyn Bridge. Best of all, we caught the day’s last ride on Jane’s Carousel, built in 1922 and restored by Jane Walentas.
Artist, Chin Chih Yang at HarvestWorks.
My friend Stephen’s band, Peelers, playing at Greenpoint.
Brooklyn magazine release party with Chris, Zeolite, and Taurin.
P.S. In case, you’re interested in making Momofuku Milk Bar bagel bombs:
I repeated my bagel recipe, but pre-stuffed the dough balls with the bacon cream cheese and skipped the boiling part.
Bake them in the oven for 20 minutes and voilà!

March 21, 2012 at 8:27 pmHello Sewon, congrats on your hair modeling, and that’s a really cute hairstyle! I love short haircuts. I’ve had a bob for about 5 years and now I’m trying to have long hair again.
By the way, I received your wonderful photo zine and I’ve written a post about it, here: http://www.shortsmallsweet.net/2012/03/towards-spring-city-photo-zine.html. Thank you for the beautiful zine & little goodies! xx

March 22, 2012 at 4:00 pmYour hair looks so good! I’m enjoying the beautiful weather lately too. Unfortunately, it’s like we bypassed Spring down here in the South already because we’ve been having some super hot days! Of course, I know this Summer is going to be a lot worse.

Last Fall, when I got your mini-zine in the mail, I meant to post about it, but when I was going through photos from last year over the weekend, I realized that I never did. So I just posted with a few pictures of your mini-zine. Just thought I’d let you know. 🙂
