Muffin Monday Mix [002]

My weekend began with three baskets of xialongbao (juicy soup dumplings), each dumpling freshly stuffed full of crab roe and meat. We were walking off our meal around the Xintiandi area when we came across a small entrance to a demolished housing complex. Parts of the divided houses were still intact with families still residing in them. They say some 3,500 Shanghainese families have been displaced as a result of this development.

We eventually met up with some friends at the M50 art district area and ended the night with a hotpot dinner.

I’m really into the yellow these days (evidently!). It’s even better when your friends give you pantone products as a gift! 🙂

I’m sorry to hear about your grandfather, but you are right, he would want you to remember him in your heart and continue to lead a fulfilling life.

P.S. Your passport holder is pretty amazing!
