Do you ever wake up on Monday morning and feel like there’s a gloomy cloud hovering above your head?
Something that brightened the start of my week in college was the Muffin Mondays tradition. Every Monday late afternoon, my friends would organize a quick gathering.
We’d bake some muffins and listen to some happy tunes while chatting about our day.
So instead of focusing on the blues, I spent some time today working on a mix and digging up a delicious muffin recipe for you.
