Finally, a hello from sunny California! It’s been such a hectic month of subsisting on coffee and running around the city. As some of you might have noticed on instagram, I left New York City over the weekend. Just as I turned in my Master’s thesis, graduation came and went, and it was already time to pack up my home. I’m here in California for now, catching my breath, unpacking and packing yet again. I’m on the move!
I am almost finished organizing the photos from my final weeks in the city, but for now, I wanted to share snapshots of little wonderful things that have kept me grounded: nature walks, conversations with friends, and warm letters in the mailbox…
Lovely illustrations by the talented Olga Inoue that make me think of cool spring days.
I’ll be bringing these prints with me and putting them up in my summer home, Olga!
A lovely package full of colorful goodies from Japan, from Kat of The Craft Bureau.

I love the colorful paint splatters on tissue paper and these mt tapes!
I literally swooned opening up this package. Thank you, Kat!
“And Lot’s wife, of course, was told not to look back where all those people and their homes had been. But she did look back, and I love her for that, because it was so human. So she was turned into a pillar of salt. So it goes.”
― Kurt Vonnegut, Slaughterhouse-Five
P.S. Please be on the look-out, as I will be hosting a zine giveaway in a couple days!
