I’ve been quiet for the past few days, mostly bed-ridden at home due to a nasty case of food poisoning. In the meanwhile, I’ve been resting in bed watching Miyazaki movies and decorating my toy cameras.
This little plastic camera takes dreamy photos, especially when the sun’s out.
Sprinkle donuts, meringue, strawberry wafer, ice cream, custard pudding, and cake..
Such carefully prepared inedible bento box meal:

It’s silly how easily we forget how important it is to be healthy. And I have every reason to get better quickly–two good friends arriving from Beijing late tonight and our big trip around the Yunnan Province.
Take care, everyone! Drink plenty of water and try to make time to cook yourself a healthy meal.

October 3, 2011 at 3:24 pmOh, poor you! Food poisoning is something horrible! I have often problems with my stomach, so I can understand how you must feeling! Get better soon! I also can’t wait to get healthy again, have many things in head that I would like to do. One of it is to go to the park and feed squirrels 🙂 🙂 🙂

You should do it! It was really fun and relaxing to sit down and put fake icing on my cameras… 🙂

October 3, 2011 at 5:40 pmI so agree with you about being healthier. Right now I am doing vitamins (gasp!) A few of them help with my metablism and energy level. Sometimes the end of the day, I simply have no energy.
You made the camera very pretty. Very creative.
I had food poisoning once. I had to go to the emergency room. Big mistake. Health insurance in America almost got me bankrupt…and I have health insurance. That’s another story, though. I hope you feel better sooner than later.

October 4, 2011 at 4:53 pmI carried a huge bottle of vitamins from Virginia, and I’m still taking them. Ah, that sounds like a pretty bad food poisoning experience!
