Maple-smoked bacon on my mind

Recently, we went to the Apothecary’s soft opening twice–once for Hunter’s early birthday festivities, and again for Paul and Ara’s Shanghai visit. Apothecary is a Beijing-transplant featuring crafted cocktails and cajun food. Everything–from the tonic water, sausages, to mustard–are all made in-house.
